History of Innervision

Innervision had a humble beginning in 2002 at Pushpagiri Agraharam, Punkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala, which aimed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking help with their psychological well-being. Soon, Innervision expanded itself into diversifications, offering a broader range of services and treatment options to meet the needs of different individuals ranging from school going kids to senior citizens. As the stigma surrounding mental illness gradually diminished, leading to increased acceptance and demand for counselling services, Innervision continued to evolve and adapt to changing societal attitudes towards mental health.

Since Covid era, Innervision has embraced advancements in technology, with the introduction of online counselling and tele-therapy. These innovations have made therapy more accessible to individuals who may not have otherwise sought help due to geographical or logistical barriers. Today, Innervision plays a vital role in supporting individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. We provide a non-judgmental and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight into their behaviors, and develop coping strategies for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
